ACCOMMODATIONS
With growing interest in Calibrate camps, accommodations are in high demand. To create a fair and efficient booking process, we have implemented a lottery system for the 2025 Calibrate Accommodation Bookings.
Lottery Sign-up
Youth Pastors can enter the lottery by clicking the sign-up button below. The sign-up period is open until March 18th.
Confirmation Email
Three weeks before booking day, you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned booking time slot(s) and your position in the lottery order (e.g., 2/10). This email will also include a link to the registration form(s).
Booking Day – April 11th
On April 11th, you will have the opportunity to secure accommodations for your youth group during your designated time slot(s). We encourage you to mark this date in your calendar.
