Ben & Emma are the co-Lead Pastors of Avant Life Church, which they planted in 2018. They are passionate about leadership development, church planting and encouraging people to enter God's calling with bold faith and humble surrender.

Jeremy, his wife Melissa and their 3 children Jake, Lydia and Sophie reside in Peterborough, ON. He currently serves as our Leadership Health & Youth Director at the EOND office. Jeremy is passionate about developing leaders, engaging the unchurched and equipping young leaders to lead at their greatest potential.

The EOND House Band is a collective of passionate worship leaders from various churches across our district. Their desire is to uplift, inspire, and create space for everyone to engage in authentic worship, drawing people closer to God.
BREAKOUTS
This year, our breakout format will take on a slightly different format than previous years. Breakout (A) will focus on the leader themselves, regardless of their age or the ministry they are serving in. While Breakouts (B) & (C) will focus on ministry specific tools and training for the ministry context the leader is currently serving in (ie. Kids, JH, SH and/or YA Ministry).

Engaging Small Groups for Jr. Highs - Jr. High small groups are an absolute work of art. A lot of the success can rest on the group itself, but there are some best practices for any small group leader that can really help in building a healthy culture within your Jr. high small group.
SR. HIGH MINISTRY LEADERS
Handling a Sr. Highs BIG Q's -helping equip those who work with Sr. Highs to handle their BIG questions, like how do I know God is real, is the Bible true, life after death, absolute truth?
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY LEADERS
Bridging The Gap Between Sr. High Ministry and Church Involvement - YA ministry is so much more than just an extension of Sr. High ministry. These YA's need to be encouraged and moved to get plugged into their local church, but what is the best way to do that, while still ministering to their unique needs.
